You may wonder why 8 glasses of water daily, this isn’t fixed. You should drink more than 8 glasses of water a day but not less. Water is known for various valuable usage. When fasting, you can be told to drink water. You use water to cook, water to bath, water to bake, water to wash and so on. The focus now is on why we should drink water at least 8 glasses a day. Health is wealth you know and all you need to have a good sound health is to drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses of cups a day.
